About the University Hospitals Project: The University Hospitals Health System is one of America's leading hospitals and medical teaching institutions. CiF lent $60 million in EB-5 investment funds to University Hospitals for the construction of two state-of-the-art hospitals. CiF's $60 million was just a part of University Hospitals' $1.2 billion system-wide expansion and renovation plan.
