CiF Regional Center

CiF and Cleveland’s Downtown Renaissance

The past 15 years has seen a remarkable turnaround for Cleveland, with thousands of new residents living downtown and more than $6 billion dollars invested into the city’s economy.

CiF’s EB-5 funds have been a critical part this rebirth by providing competitively priced investment capital to projects that traditional financing sources were reluctant to support.

CiF has invested more than $200 million dollars into Cleveland’s local economy and will continue to play an active part in the ongoing development of Greater Cleveland by financing more catalytic, job-creating projects.

Some of CiF’s notable projects in Cleveland include The Flats East Bank, the Westin Downtown Cleveland hotel, and The Uptown Development in University Circle.
