Cleveland International Fund (CiF) is a real estate focused private equity fund licensed by the US government to seek and attract Foreign Direct Investment to the US while providing an expedited path to US Residency for its investors and an alternative source of capital to its projects.
This program, known as the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, allows foreign investors to obtain Green Cards in exchange for investing a pre-set amount (US$500,000) into an approved fund called a "Regional Center." The Regional Center will invest the funds in a project that creates jobs for US workers. CiF is a licensed Regional Center based in the Cleveland area and finances projects throughout Northeast Ohio.
To determine if CiF's financing is right for your real estate project, please review the Project Submission Checklist Packet and contact us with the requested information to have your project reviewed.
