Borrower Eligibility

To be eligible for a CiF EB-5 loan, projects should fall within these parameters:

Loans are structured as interest-only, usually with a 5-year term
Loans are secured by real estate or other physical improvements, personal guarantees, and/or corporate guarantees depending on the project and borrower
Projects must be able to demonstrate significant direct or indirect job creation.
