Project 2: University Hospitals System Expansion

CiF's EB-5 Investors provided partial financing for the construction of two new hospital facilities - the Seidman Cancer Center and the Ahuja Medical Center. Both of these facilities were built as part of a systemwide expansion plan for the University Hospitals Health System – one of the largest and most well-regarded hospital systems in Ohio. Project 3: The Westin Hotel

Westin Hotel
CiF's EB-5 investors partially financed the renovation of an existing building located in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, turning it into a luxury Westin Hotel. The Westin is located in a premier location, surrounded by government facilities, private companies, entertainment and sports venues and more than US$6 billion in new development, which includes the new Cleveland Convention Center and attached Global Center for Health Innovation—the first of its kind in the world. The new Westin provides excellent service to travelers and central business district institutions alike. More Info.Status: Closed

CiF's EB-5 investors partially financed the Uptown Expansion Project, which involves the construction of a $26 million USD, 10,000+ m2 facility, that builds on the success of MRN's Uptown Phase I. This Project centers on renovating a group of Downtown Cleveland buildings into a mixed-use facility comprised of a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel, office space, entertainment venues, a Heinen's grocery store and apartments.
