The Uptown Expansion Project

CiF's EB-5 investors partially financed the Uptown Expansion Project, which involves the construction of a $26 million USD, 10,000+ m2 facility, that builds on the success of MRN's Uptown Phase I. Project taking place in Cleveland's exciting University Circle neighborhood, adding much needed residential and retail space to the area.

University Circle is one of Cleveland's most important economic centers and over the past 10 years more than $3.4 billion USD in development projects have occurred there. With an average vacancy rate of less than 5%, demand for both commercial and residential properties in the area continues to grow. New additions to the region include expansions to Case Western Reserve University and the Cleveland Institute of Art, a new Museum of Contemporary Art, and a massive upgrade to the public transportation system.
