Community Benefits

CiF works to bring infusions of Foreign Direct Investment into the local economy by using EB-5 funds to finance numerous construction, renovation, or development projects. These projects create new jobs and can be catalytic developments that induce further growth as time continues.

Since being founded in 2010, CiF has invested more than $220 million from around the world into projects in the Greater Cleveland area. CiF finances catalytic projects across Northeast Ohio creating thousands of new jobs, either directly or indirectly, as a result of these projects.
